8: Ye sabse jyada confusing hai...Dekhiye i was born in UP...okies...so 8(a) mein to i will fill UP...8(c) mein I'll write Uttrakhand as my father is from Uttrakhand but 8(b) mein kya likhu as i have been living in delhi since birth but domicile mera uttrakhand ka bna hua hai...Kindly help..
and in case i have to write uttrakhand in 8(b)...do I have to write that address in point 3(a)......

@RaJaT_76 attestation form k identity certificate ko attest krwa lo..then uski two copies kra lo...baaki form bhi copy kra lo..no need to fill all three by pen...bas signature of candidate wale page ko blank rkh k xerox nikalwana..fir teeno hi copies mein apni self attested photo lagana and sign bhi kr lena....biodata form bhi ek bhar lo and get xerox for the rest...no need to fill in pen all of them(but make sure photocopy achchi condition mein ho...bcoz this form will b with the interview panel)....
i have scholarship in BE..should i mention that in bio data form??? m confused cos if i do what if they ask me tough ECE questions...
any extra marks for academic excellence?

Finally, I was able to contact on the phone number provided on the central region website. There was the lady on the other side and she has informed me to wait till 1st Dec for the non-availability of admit card for interview. There is some issue from their side only and hopefully it should be fixed till next week.

@i2wantu What is Bio-Data form? While document verification at the time of CPT, they provided attestation form and asked to get it at the time of interview.
u will get it when ur call letter will be uploaded on ur regional website...it is a 4 page form which mentions ur background,education,hobby,extra curriculur activities etc etc...based on this form only u are asked questions in the interview....
@RK_SHUKLA it is a form to be produced during int...ull get along with admit card..or you can download from your regional webby

My DEST is on 1/12/12. I have some basic doubts regarding the filling of the attestation form. Some of the questions may have already been asked by others earlier but please bear with me. I'll try to frame the questions in the simplest manner.
1) Will it be alright to paste a passport size photo instead of a 5*7 cm pic space?
2) In section-5, do I have to fill MY name, nationality, place of birth etc.? Also, in the section just below it which lists " i)Father ii)Mother iii)Wife/Husband.......", do I only have to fill their names?
3) It says I have to bring 3 photocopies of the filled attestation form. As far as I understand, it means that I should fill up the form (including pasting of the photograph and self attesting it) and take 3 photocopies of the same filled up form. Am I correct?
Or does the photograph have to be pasted and signed on all the 3 photocopies?
4) I had read somewhere that the Identity Certificate (the last page) needs to be treated in a different way from the rest of the form. It needs to be attested 3 times separately by a Gazetted Officer. Am I right?
Or should I treat it as the rest of the attestation form, i.e , get it attested once and take 3 photocopies of it?

certainly more than asstt/insp, as AAO is a gazetted post with GP of 4800
