Please give ur views on below given question or answer key related threads

What is the answer of this ?

QID. 2391301815:  Which of the following is not a domain of functions of trade unions? ANSWER KEY: 2. International MY VIEW: None

It cannot be said that trade unions do not operate and coordinate internationally. In fact, All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC) is a founding member of World Federation of Trade Union (WFTU) of which Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) is a member too. To continue, Indian National Trade Union Congress is affiliated with International Trade Union Federation (ITUF).

Hence, international function is a scope of a trade union’s functioning as well. For example, the 17th World Trade Union Congress of WFTU held in 2016 at South Africa was attended by 62 Indian delegates representing AITUC, CITU, etc.

QID. 2391301837 Which of the following theory has assumption that higher order needs of Maslow's hierarchy dominate individuals?ANSWER KEY: 2. McGregor’s Theory Y MY VIEW: 3. McClelland's Theory of Needs.

If we take a critical look at McClelland's Theory of Needs, the three needs i.e., need for achievement (nAch), affiliation (nAff), and power (nPow) are clearly higher order needs. David McClelland has not touched upon the basic needs of a human i.e., the need for food, clothing, security, etc. which correspond to the first two levels of Maslow's hierarchy, viz., Physiological and Security needs. nAFF correponds to Social needs (3rd level); nPow corresponds to Esteem needs (4th level) and nAch to Self-Actualization (the highest level).

As regards McGregor's Theory X and Y, this theory has more to do with the inherent traits in people as per his dichotomous view of human personality than with the hierarchy of needs. It can't be said that Theory Y people are not dominated by the first two levels of Maslow's need hierarchy.

QID. 2391301906: Who among the following scholars is associated with the ‘Surplus Value Theory’ of money? ANSWER KEY: 3. Karl Marx MY VIEW: None

The question is framed wrongly. Marx gave the concept of ‘surplus value’ and not “‘surplus value’ theory of money” like the quantity theory of money in monetary economics. It should be noted that surplus value is associated with labour and not money.

Bhai 210 general candidates shortlist krne ke liye 130 tk bhi aa skti h cutoff n 150+ me 50-70 candidates hi hain n wo bhi zyadatar 150-165 ki range m hi hn ussey zyada wale bas already selected candidates hn. Hardly 15 in numbers so now think about k how the remaining 50-55 vacancies can be grabbed out on the average or low scores above the respective cutoffs. Please be reasonable in predicting the cutoff. Use ur brains as not thousands have scored above 130. Only under 500 candidates at max are above 130 out of which 400 have to be shortlisted. The principle of lower the score higher the no. Of scores per score count. i.e. 175-185 k class interval me 1 candidate per score, 165-175 m 2 per score, 155-165 m 3 per score 145-155 m 5 per score 135-145 me 7 per score n 130-135 m 8to10 ppl per score. Now calculate the no. Of candidates forgiving k how many candidates hv applied fr it coz merely applying dsnt ensures dt u ll score without studying. Plz do calculate. As per the calculation this count shall not exceed 250 even lesser is the count. Assuming worst condition the count is not going to be twice or thrice. It may raise or decline by 20% of the total estimated figures. Be ligically predictable and reasonable. N ds figure is inclusive of all the categories. N remember ki agar no of candidates count per score ko 1 ya 2 badha bhi do tab bhi 50 hi extra honge for the gross total no of candidates anyways. N dnt even tell me that crap ki below 150 per score count m 40 ya 50 candidates b ho skte hn. Dt is jst impossibly stupid though n a sick prediction. Be ready fr d real cotoff displays. All the best to all.
