Under the banner of GNIOT Institute of Management Studies, Greater Noida- Institute organized a Virtual Mode based Personality Enhancement Program(PEP) on “Attitude is Everything. Change in Attitude, can change your Life” dated on Feb 02, 2023 for the enrolled students of PGDM batch (2023- 25) in which students benefited with how attitude plays crucial role for students & for corporate managers.
Attitude matters more in the current volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. It is essential in campus and corporate as the negative attitude often kills productivity and performance in the workplace and the negative attitude shells out unhealthy students from the educational institutions. Therefore, it is essential to emphasize the importance of inculcating a positive attitude in individuals.
