Man ..You are thinking way too much ahead .. Onsite comes into picture after 3- 4 years if work ex .First join and then get accustomed to the work life . No work is inferior until you make it that way .

I have an overall IT experience of 3 years in a well known Indian MNC (service provider). I got an offer from cognizant and the package they provided me was almost 17% higher than my present package. Since I was desperate to move on, hence opted not to negotiate at that moment, hence accepted that offer readily.
While serving the notice period in current organization, I got another offer from TCS where I negotiated well and it worked out over there. The difference between the packages of CTS and TCS is almost 55k per annum (which is good enough). Both the companies are giving me posting location at my hometown.
I am little inclined towards CTS and it has been almost >2 months I have accepted CTS offer. Can I revert back to CTS HR asking for the bigger package? If needed, I will try highlight them the package offered by TCS in same location.
Not sure whether I can negotiate with thr HR after accepting an offer. Please suggest on this.

u can directly show TCS offer letter to CTS HR, and ask them for what readon, you shuld join CTS?? if they give you more than TCS's amount, then its upto you.

I am PAT in Cognizant. Its been 8 months for me in CTS. I am getting married in the month of November this year and I wanted to know how many months can I apply for loss of pay and take an off? If not, is resigning and joining back again the best option?
