Why CTS is taking so much time for releasing offer letter.Anyone is there who had a chat with his/her HR regarding this???
I have cleared all rounds n HR discussion was done. He said he will get back to me but after that not even a single call or email. Hr discussion was done on 15th March. What does this mean and will I receive offer letter?
I have done HR round with salary discussion on 11 march. i am still waiting for the welcome mail and offer letter. no one is receiving calls , no replies to emails.

Hi, Did Cognizant change their Notice Period, Most of my friends say its 2 months but they have given me an offer saying its 3 months !!

This is for experienced resource onboarding. My HR round is done and have received welcome letter on 11th March after submitting CIS form. is there any more process before receiving offer letter? Will they ask to upload any document before receiving offer letter? And how much time it generally takes to receive offer letter?

hi, i had technical round couple of day back. Today got email from HR requesting CIS and few documents related to qualification etc. Are they going to verify the credentials from third party agency before HR round? How many days it take?

Hi, Do CTS provide laptop or desktop at home because my hometown is far away from CTS like I live in Rajasthan and my work location is Bangalore. So do I need to go there to collect the assets. Yesterday I received a call about this. If any experianced candidate is there who has done with virtual onboarding then please let me know.
Hi I have completed my technical and manager round at cognizant by Monday.HR sent mail and asked to fill the CIS form along with some documents like pay slips, previous company relieving letter and other letter to have HR round discussion.Its been 3 days and I haven't heard anything from them also they are not picking calls as well. Hi guys, As I had completed all my pre-joining activities in Cognizant and attended the webex session for virtual onboarding on last Saturday (20.03.2021) and at the end of the session they said that I would receive mail for induction session but still now I receive no mail. Why it is so delaying? When will I receive the mail regarding the induction meeting? Reply me as soon as possible.

Hi,I finish my HR round and salary discussion on 22nd March and he gave a verbal confirmation over telephonic and said i will receive my confirmation mail within a week.But yet i didn't receive any.I tried calling him but no response.Now i got a confusion whether i need to beleive his verbal confirmation or not
