Today i got the offer letter, i accepted the offer through the one cognizant portal. but there is still no option to upload documents in background verification tab or prejoining formalities tab.
can anyone tell me when we have o upload documents and where???

Guys, after reading all post, I find myself in same situation. Hr done last week but no offer yet ! Looking at the post,only 1-2 guys have got offer letter. Does this mean they reject others after HR round ? This is for Lateral hiring- Pune location

My technical and hr salary negotiation was done on 20th march and hr said 'you will get offer letter soon', however its been more then 14days and there is no update..HR is not responding to email.
Can you share your exp like after how many days u got offer letter? and are there any chance that they can reject after all rounds?
Hello Guys, I have completed all rounds and salary discussion was done on 16th March, HR said I will get the offer in 3-4 days but still I have not received it. Today is 4th April, nearly 20 days has passed, HR is in touch on email and told me that a few approvals are pending and I will receive the offer next week next week next week......... Have you received the offer letter?

I have attented CTS technical interview on 6th March and HR round was done on 19th March. In HR round, HR said that you are selected and you will get mail in 2-3 days but till now I didn't get any update from them. Also, I am trying to connect with them but I am not getting any response.

I have completed two rounds of technical interview and then i got a call from talent acquisition team saying that you have cleared two round and you will get a call from HR within a week time. they had asked me few details like expected ctc, notice period, form 16 and payslips are available with me or not. I am waiitng for HR to call me. Is it the same process for everyone? do you guys got calls like this before HR?

Hi Guys, I got interviewed as a lateral hire in CTS and on 8th April was my first technical round. Today I received an email from HR to fill candidate information sheet with some docs like salary slips, form 16. I called the HR and she told me that I have cleared first round. Will I have another technical round or thats it? Anyone can their experiences?
