Is seems really impossible ...They just can't go for document verification after allotment of Bank....... There should be documention before allotment of banks....in this case they may invite candidates with ratio 1:3 to complete the process ....as this process is followed by most of the departments. What do you think?
Friends provisional allotment is far different from final allotment. On april 1st provisional allotment will be out. But final allotment will be by respected bank..
This is not practice of only this year.. Its were in previous years too..

Hi guys, Due to arrears i have completed my degree after 6 Month of final semester on 2014.now i have all certificates provisional, degree,course completion .now any problm will raise during document verification
If DV takes place then it will take time for them to complete the process as they have to give prior notice and time to candidates to reach the venue atleast 4-5 days then they have to make arrangements for conducting the DV process all over India then DV process for another 3-4 days after that ibps have to collect data and upload in their servers... more over holidays hovering around it doesn't seems possible for DV now.... assuming provisional allotment for clerks on 1 st april 2016.
last year i know a person who selected in which the interviewers were happy seeing a kannadiga candidate and didn't ask related to banking. After entering non-kannada people entering into banks for 3-4 years .both POs and clerks don't know kannada properly then how can they run a bank in villages. Now they have become frustrated . this time language test is a great barrier.
Those Non karnataka candidates who applied for karnataka state for clerk v, lts all depends on allotee bank to check local language whether if it is head quartered in karnataka it might be cause issue.. Otherwise hindi also prefered mainly north based banks...

IBPS has not mentioned that people who are applying frm a particular state need to be domiciles of same state.Only condition is about Language proficiency bcoz clerks are in direct contact with customers so knowing local language will be an added advantage to deal with customers especially in rural areas. IBPS has passed the responsiblity of Language test to respective Banks . Its upto the bank as to how will they test local language . So even if you are from others states but you know the local language you will definately be selected . There is nothing to quarell on this .
