It is sooooo easy to manipulate the Indians... i swear i have never seen this type of manipulative, jealous feeling, full of negative thoughts talk anywhere... now i see why it was easy for a foreigner to win India at some point.. we ourself are so selfish and jealous that now we are having problems from people who filled from different states... whats happening.. is this the today's youth... shame.. people who create this topic and people who support them... please grow up and show maturity

Few people must be awarded with a job in ibps so that they can change rules according to their comfort..like...candidate must apply in their own state..another 5 head quarters must be added to their state so that they get job with 30 marks out of 200 and others will fight for job even after getting 160..etc etc

Why I am against recruiting non-local people as clerks
I am from Karnataka and when I go to some bank, I find these Hindi people sitting over the counters... Go and ask them anything, they say "I don't know kannada" and they point to some poor kannada speaking guy. As a result all the work load falls on few kannada knowing staff, while these non local people enjoy their life without any work. This is literally what is happening !
I don't have any objection for PO, as it is a management job and the competition is open, throughout the country. But Clerks are the people who actually have to deal with the customers. To serve Kannada customers, you must know kannada. You can't come here and apply from here just because cut off will be low here. (and cut off will be low not because Kannadigas are incompetent. It is because, so far, people aren't serious about govt. jobs here, but now its changing)
So, I just wish non local candidates are filtered out in language test or whatever. Even if YOU survive language test, you are welcomed here, but make sure you RESPECT and LEARN local language asap, failing to which, it may turn a nightmare for you!

Ye jo local language test ka topic chal raha hey vo use state me kaafi merit up down karega jo state ma competitive exam jyada log dete nahi. I am from gujarat. If you ask 10 student about ibps hardly 3-4 people know about ibps exam.
So now agar ibps 1 april ko direct allotment de dega then local language test lenga to gujarat jese state me problem hoga.
Like first 500 top scorer hoge to unme 150-170 out of state ke hoge. Aur agar strict language test kiya to unmse se 70-75 ko fail kiya to vo top bank ki 70-75 seats reserved list me hoge unse fill up hogi.. aur jo bande ke avg marks hoge unko thik thak bank milegi.
Means ke last year jab ke 120 pe bank of baroda milati thi gujarat me vaha ab 140 valo ko bank of baroda milegi.. aur jo language test me fail hoge unki seat reserved list vale jinke marks cut off se bhi kam hoge unko mil jayegi.. so ye problem to hone vali hey...

IBPS DELAY EFFECTS:
1)father doubt result came but I not told.
2)mummy as usual making food and waiting mera beta zaroor good news bolega.
3)BRO and Sis occasionally asking any result came.
