Listen..if in the case candidates who will be selected in dmrc je..as well as there might be possiblity that some of them will also get call from psu's through gate..especially in Mechanical and Electrical branch...so in this way if they select in psu's then it's definite that such student will opt for psu instead of Dmrc...so in this way..those seats will be spoiled by them..bcoz it's sure that..aspirants who wrote gate this year..have also appear for DMRC exam..so there may be possiblity that some of them will have both the oppurtunity...so if they finally quit the dmrc choice then there seats will remain vacant..so here i am asking..will dmrc again extend its merit list to fill those seats..or they generally add these backlog to next year recruitment...bcoz in this way..it will be great loss to such students who don't have multiple options to choose and they will be severly suffered on cost of such students who grabbing multiple seats..but can only opt one place at a time.. thus there by spoilling there other selected seats...so if you have any knowledge regarding this...kindly tell..what dmrc does in such critical cases..???...bcoz it has been already in news for several times that every year some employees quit dmrc if they get some better than this...and dmrc is not running at its full manpower..bcoz there employess strength always remains less than require manpower and i think may be this the foremost reason behind there under employees streghth..

Had the question been asked what the device TAKES instead of HAD, the answer would have been leading reactive power.
4. Electrodynamometer type wattmeter has ONE fixed coil and ONE moving coil. In AK Swahney, it is mentioned that to ensure proper handling of current, ONE fixed coil is divided into two HALVES and connected in series with each other. The circuit diagram was also shown with one FC and one MC in that book. TWO HALVES adds to ONE not TWO.
