Hi..While filling in Part B in the IIMK online form, is the first section that appears 'SECTION 3: EMPLOYMENT DETAILS' or is there something before that also? Pls help...Thanks.

So, we only need to mention the contact details of our colleagues under "reference", and below that in the Photo upload box, we have to upload our photo? I was under the impression that we might have to take the recommendation letter from the reference and upload it... Pls. clarify ...

Will IIML-ABM interview score be used to calculate the average PI score to be used by the new IIM's or is it just the PGP (main course) of the older IIM's (like IIMK PGP) that will be used for score calculation?

The Mail says there will be a Oral+Written communication test. Does that mean a GD and WAT?
