IIT Kanpur MTech IME Experience :-
1st round was written exam of 60 marks ! Almost all quant questions with some logical questions. All objetives with 25% negative marking . Level was average. around 150 people appeared out of around 200 shortlisted people for 26 seats :P
They din shortlist after written. Everyone's interview was taken. 5 panels were there.
Most candidates were from mech or industrial background. for them it was tech interview. Mine was just on profile . With one technical question at the end on series resonance ckt.
Experience was nice , seniors gave a gd presentation pn the course nd dept,etc after the written!
Now staying here till end of next week for photonics and aerospace 😛 😁
guys,i have been called for MS IIT MADRAS test/iv (on 5th) for EE1(COMMN.)..Also had applied for TII program (interview on 12th)...iam unable to attend interview on 5th(university exams 😠)...so if i go to TII's interview how will they consider me since not selected for MS..
