cutoffs for psu s like NTPC and IOCL are on the down side compared to Gate 2015. Why is it so? And will ONGC have almost equal number of vacancies this year too compared to 745 last year??

BARC INTERVIEW..EXPERIENCE
1. u tube manometer and finding out the level of liquids concept
2. if u tube manometer one tube is sealed then variation of fluid level in same for first question
3. if half of the u tube manometer is broken in first question then what will happen with fluid levels
4. heat and mass transfer questions convection types, conduction, radiation how do they occur. what are the reasons for them and all formulas related to them and each and every term related to them
5. from SOM they asked L shaped beam and a transverse shear load is given and asked to explain all forces occur in them
6. they had asked me a person sitting on bicycle and riding it, then explain force distribution and why do cycle spoke buckle when load is acting on as reaction from ground.
