My gate'16 score is 720 (Gen). I have option to either attend counseling at IIT Roorkee (9th June) or IIT-Bhu (10th June).
At my score do I stand any chance for IIT Roorkee considering they have reduced half of the seats as self-financed.
Also I have been allotted NIT Warangal in the first round of CCMT and I am expecting it to upgrade to NIT, Trichy in manufacturing or industrial engineering in subsequent rounds.
Will NIT, Trichy be better than IIT-BHU (as told by a few people)??
