Joining GIC will be a big mistake for your life, too much work load and less pay according to Mumbai standards. Irritating, unqualified seniors and Pathetic work culture. Discrimination and lots of harrassment. Your life will be like pathetic dog in Mumbai. Avoid it at any cost. Join something else. Serious advice to all aspirants.
