hello guys any idea how cgpa % conversion my univ has a scale that says minimum assured percentage no formula as such so is cgpa 6.69 is 66.90 , any idea in viva how they check cgpa conversion ??

1. Although GIC gives 52000 pm but it is in mumbai which is equal to 35000 of any tier 2 city which I can easily get in Banking Sector....
2. What are the chances of growth in GIC

Dear all,I'm working in the insurance industry for the past five years and I know GIC better than anyone of you do.If you are thinking of a rewarding career with great promotion prospects and foreign opportunities GIC is the best place to be.The job is unlike what has been described above.It's very comfortable and leaves a great work life balance.It's one of the highest paid jobs in the market.Once it became a reinsurance company the prospects have increased manifold.I think the guy who wrote above is misguiding the aspirants regarding GIC Re.It's undoubtedly one of the best jobs in the market.I request all of you to apply for it and earnestly work hard to win it.Best wishes.

I AM WORKING WITH STATE BANK OF INDIA AS A PROBATIONARY OFFICER . WILL IT BE GOOD TO PREPARE FOR GIC RE ASST MANAGER POST I AM CURRENTLY GETTING 53K UNDER SMART COMPENSATION PACKAGE PLUS LEASE AND MEDICAL FACILITY . WILL IT BE A GOOD IDEA TO LEAVE SBI PO IF I GET SELECTED ? THERE IS A LOT OF WORK PRESSURE IN SBI.

guys i need your advice as from 2015 to 2017 mid i was preparing for technical background but after 2017 may i started preaparing for bank as could not make in techincal and as far now i have given 4 bank interveiw but could not make it to the final maybe because i always speak truth about my gap in interveiw so if anybody with such gap has cracked bank interveiw please tell me how you handle your gap in interveiw without any experince
