hey guys..i gave GMAT last december nd scored 750, 5.0
prpared with kaplan and its awesome..got me dat score with approx. 40 days of prep. gudluck all!! :)

nd btw..don't go to ny educational consultants like manyagroup (princeton review) etc..you'll only be hurting your chances..cheers guys! :grin:

Hi guys ...

I am from hyderabad (kondapur) planning to give GMAT in 2012 and will be targeting ISB.. Need collaboration for profile building , sharing ideas and jointly working on that which can be anything (ngo,volunteering etc) as 2nd stage is the most important stage where people mostly get rejected. If anybody interested please pm me.
BTW i am good at maths will try to help as much as i can.

which coaching centre of princeton review is gud??..is it worth joining??..few say self prep is gud..can any post their exp in case they have attended coaching classes..

hey dude, same here. wrote last Oct ended with a 630 score 😞 want to overcome the 700 barrier. Would be little tied up till April 1st week. Want to start prep post that. Please let me know if you are willing to pull in resources together. Planned gmat retake date july/Aug 2012.

Guys,

I have applied for June 26th as my GMAT exam date. There is a change in pattern in GMAT from 2nd June onwards, where another section IR is being added.
Please suggest if its a good idea to join some coaching institute. Also, which are the good ones in Hyderabad, preferably near Madhapur..

Princeton review is the worst!! I would very strongly advice self-study. Get Kaplan and give it your time. 3-5 hours a day and you'll be on your trac to a >700 score. Gudluck 😃

Im planning to give my GMAT in Aug 1st week... need help regarding classes in Hyderabad.... Princeton/manhattan or TIME...which is preffered and the books for Prep...OG material for quant seems too easy!!

Do you guys want to write the new pattern with IR? am now thinking if it would be better if we write before gmat changes... since another new section might catch us off guard.. what say?

i have read a couple of articles on the IR section...as the score of IR is not counted towards the 800 score.. i think it doesnt matter much.. also since these are the initial days of the new section the gmac or the colleges dont really hv a proven method of evaluation..

so if ur planning to give before june 5th give it..if ur not ready by this date..just stay calm and go ahead with ur prep

Yep..you said it right even i had the same feeling that since it doesnt come under 800 score hence it should not be a bottle neck for us..Will pm you my number seperately....

Joined PG just a couple of days back, taking GMAT next week. Hopefully, I'll have good news and good exam experience and tips to share.
