i dun hv books as yet.i can buy this weekend, weekdays r bsy...anyone else..plz suggest good books..following is a good set thou..someone who scored 750 above suggested these;

General material - OGs 12, 11 & 10

Quant - Manhattan Quant strategy Guide/Workbook set

SC - Manhattan SC Guide & Aristotle SC Grail, 1000 SCs (200 questions)

CR - Powerscore CR Bible & some LSAT questions

RC - Manhattan RC Strategy Guide & RC99 for practice

Do you have the soft-copy of the books which you have mentioned for SC,CR and RC sections??? If so, can u mail them to [email protected].

I have around 3-4 years of work ex in a research firm. I plan to apply in a US B-school, sometime during fall of 2012.
I plan to write my G-MAT, sometime during October 2011, since i haven't had the time to study due to long work hours
Is October a good time to give it, for applying in fall 2012, or am i a little late?

Any help with regards to the exam, or other GMAT related stuff, would be appreciated

If you get a score in Oct, you'd have enough time to target Round 2 deadliness for many schools.

For many applicants, essay writing can be tougher than GMAT prep.

So rather than making it a sequential process, start the school research and storyline building efforts right now.

hi everyone, i am going to give my gmat this august....my friend had purchased the Manhattan Online GMAT preparatory course ( 9 weeks ) ...a total of 27 hour course....worth $ 1090....which is really awesome...i have those video tutorials with me..if anyone needs them, PM me....it was recommended by a friend who just did that and practice..and scored a 750....along with that , i also have a soft copy for all the major gmat books...of 2010...itl b great to study with you guys...cya

hi vishrut i think you must plan to give GMAT before july since GMAT is going to be changed from june and the ones who give after that will be test missiles.
