I have been in and out of this forum for quite sometime , for more reasons than one.
Now that I'm done with my GMAT (score : 760) and admission (PGPEX - IIMC) ; I might be of some help to people who are aspiring for something similar.
My journey started with a score of 680 , and a cliche'd saying that "you expect a jump of only + 50 in subsequent test".
I might not have much of right things to share but surely have wisdom about lot of misconception and no-nos one must get rid of.

Hey thats a good jump !! Since I am almost in the same boat as you and targetting the same result, I would surely like to talk to you sometime.. would you be able to meet us and share your story ? Or did you write one somewhere on the blogs ?
I donno why you people are so keen in meeting , plan a time ... meet over a chat room or something , share information and / or strategy.
Planning for a place , date and time , where you couldn't share any material or knowledge is so waste of time.
No offense , I just shared my put on it ; your way might have helped people in making friends but not a coherent study group.

P - Thanks for your suggestion. people vary in their opinions and I respect yours. Personally, i feel that if you don't know whom ur prepping with, your group may not be coherent for long. I have my reasons for not calling it a "waste of time", but we are not here to open up a useless web debate anyways right ! 😃

I am a newbie in this forum. And have burnt my fingers once with a GMAT score of 630 last year.
I am thinking of taking the plunge again. Verbal was the sinking bag last time and I am hoping to improve it this time.
This may not be the right place but I am unable to find a good anwser/forum for this. Could your guide me towards a good coaching institute for GMAT. I am tilting towards 4GMAT, but am not too sure.

This is the study corner for the people in Mumbai.Mumbai being the financial capital of the country and the busiest city in india. People hardly get time to join the coaching class for GMAT.
wat i feel thats is the reason a study group is a must. this will help us in collectively formulating a strategy and develop our skills to enhance our GMAT score.
