As per Wren N Martin "The use of 'never' for 'not, is incorrect."
Eg: I never remember having met him - Wrong
I do not remember ever having met him - correct.

However, both of them seems correct to me . Can anyone shed some light.
Also, when do we say use of never is wrong in a sentences . Too confusing. 😠😠 Kindly clarify 😃
