Hi guys,
I need a sincere advice on this. I am in a great dilemma. I am currently working in TCS. It has been over 9 months now. I am probably one of the few lucky TCSers who have got into project immediately after completing the training (ILP). I am working in a very good project. By very good project,I mean a project that uses a technology that I was trained in and that is in great demand all over the world.I personally like this technology as well. But the thing is there is as such no more work lately. The project is on the verge of completion. I feel like I am wasting my time in the office.Not much to learn now. After completing the office, I barely get some time to read. I want to give my best shot this time. What should I do? Should I continue working in the project or ask for release? Even if I ask for release chances are really slim that they will approve it. Help me guys. What to do now ? 😞
