I know its kind of stupid to ask but In the mail the details specify clearly about A Single room accommodation,but everywhere else It has been mentioned that it is going to be twin sharing Clarification needed.

The Courier part is a bit confusing. What exactly are we supposed to courier before 29th? Student ID form, Acceptance letter and Details of payment. Is that all?
Should I pay the first installment of 1,00,000 by IMPS ? They need a UTR number in the form, will a reference number be enough?
