I have filled up the online acceptance form but need clarity on hoe to give the first installment. The site is telling that they will provide me with fee reciept within 5 days but have not recieved it yet now. What to do? please help

In the online fee tracking form I did not filled anything in remark section ,then afterwards I came to know we have to put our name and application number in that .Will this create any problem?

Are there any hidden charges? or should we consider 16.65 lakhs pretty much the final amount? Because the fee structure has no mention of books and utilities which almost all institutes charge
