EVERY BODY TOLD..LAST YEAR THE SAME WEIGHTAGE CRITERIA WAS CARRIED OUT..ITS LIKE EVERYBODY KNEW TAT IN THE INTERVIEW HALL..AND I CHECKED WITH MY SENIORS IN HAL..THEY CONFIRMED THE SAME...FAVORITE SUBJECT MEIN BASICS..

is there any 1 who can tell how the selection procedure will be into HAL ?i mean clubbing test and interview marks..or purely on test basis??
yea.i too had my interview...purely on technical basis yesterday...most of the questions were related to fav..subject and few on my academic project...no HR round was taken..but i hope i did well..but the nly thing was to knew where i stand in the written test taking cut-off into consideration...is it sure that interview only weights 20% in selection ??

interview is very random,.. some asking pure tech, some only HR ques..
mine 80 % hr and only 1 technical ques..(that too frm production)
rest i dnt kno nything abt criteria hw much % of interview is added
PS i told them i was comfortable with thermal, still they askd me production.:O

i had my interview on 8 dec in ec branch..question level was not very hard...i hv a doubt why all south indians are selected from 1-50.actually can any one confirm me that the result declared with which basis?is it by marks or something else???
