n interview what are they looking for???mine was not that much tough...i asked many students,the interview is like same for all??dey just asked project some tech question..
ok,i agree for 1 slot i.e alphabetical,than agn it is alphabetical for another slot...wot dat mean???

i had given my interview at HAL TTI today morning shift
things to do
1 prepare ur documents as per their annexures aKa checklist or they will not allow for intrvw whther u had cum from nywhere in india , spclly guys already working in PSU noc is must as they said after that documnt verification once u ill b calld with in 30 mins for intrvw so be prepared wid ur project and other perticulars to be filled in annexure I , there were two panels partly one for ECE other for electrcial , average tym dey were takin is about 15-20 mins per person or depends on ur caliber :
about my intrvw
1-dey had asked about project the first thing.
2- tell me ur fav subjects
3- asked optical fiber communication ,Txn lines ,EDC
4- HR questions about home place , extra curricular activities and few geography questions
even though i told every quest dey asked but ache vibes nahi aa rahe dis tym as if whole panel was south indian and depends whther dey ill prefer guys frm north region 😛

@manitraj :the north-south divide is in our minds...not in actual recruitment process..so chill..ul get through..they called south indians first coz its geographically nearer and north indian students need some time for their travel arrangements reservations tickets as well as journey time..so thats the logic i guess..

My Final Conclusion : Yes, dy vr asking 4m production..2 all..& interview was diffrnt 4 evry1..kisiko tech. yaa HR max. OR tech. min. yaa HR min. OR mere jaise...bt questions wr basic & related 2 dr field..
so frnz..doz who kept dmselves cool & smiled..& gave intellectual answrs r sure 2 convert..
1 more thing : call ratio was 1:5...considering total candidates all branches , & speculations vr dat ki Mech. ki seats around 150 hain..all categories!!!! dy vl call 15-20 extra..

Guess the interview process is ova for every1...no one seems to be excited here on HAL page...and look at the ONGC thread atleast 50 pages on waiting for the written results anxiety..Strange...
Will u guys join HAL if u get thru and waiting for ONGC written result??
