I have applied for HPCL information system officer exam 2014.

My 2 years of work experience is in networking field.

My graduation is from Mumbai University, BE in computers.

Will I be asked about programming questions in the written test?? or will the question be pertaining to the networking field as advertisement shows requirement for Networking professionals.

Someone who has written last years paper can better help

I am tired searching for them on the net, I have searched around 25-50 websites but I am not able to get them.


Most of the websites have only have 10-20 questions in the attachments.

I gave the same exam on 2012. 90% questions were based on ASP.net, visual basic & java. Not a single question on networking, cloud computing, c / c++. I just merely able to pass the exam. Again the interviewer stuck to these three topics - ASP.net, visual basic & java. They also askd some non sense questions regrading android & symbian programming. Surpirsingly, out of 22 selected candidates, 19 were girls. I m trying this year as well. Lets hope for the best.
