I Had a Strange Interview which lasted for about 4 to 5 mins..

UBI Kolkata: Panel IV

Reached venue at time..while we were standing in queue for thumb impression verification one funny thing happened:

A Kesto mukherjee look alike guy just wrapped in a towel went passed thru us..I was just laughing wondering what da hell dis Rambo doing over here..Anywezz

at around 11:30 0r maybe 12:00 I attended my interview..

Greeted them...

1.Tell me about yourself..

Ans: I said ...said abt where I am working and also mentioned abt da NGO wid whom I am working..Explained the motto and all abt donation..!

2.Female Panelist: Why you wanna leave your present field and come into banking sector..Explained and she seemed satisfied..

3.Few more Questions on NGO..and They Said Thankyou and I said Thankyou..

Panelists are cordial and are trying to bring the best out of you..Just go and be yourself..Cheers

Kya halwa interview tha..pura time feel hi ni aayi.
Staff sab se mast gappe maar raha tha. Kisi ko nervous hone hi ni dia. Easy questions the banking k. Baaki personal life etc etc. Overall easy hi tha. NO need to worry. Basic hi pucha.

Jate hi ek Blank Paper diya aur kaha ki ispe apni details likho aur sath me Local Language (jo select ki ho) me Kisi bhi topic pe ek Paragraph likho.. Uske baad Paper collect kiye aur Panel wise, Roll Number wise call kiya.. Documents Verification aur Biometric ke baad Panel (5 members) ke samne bhej diya.. Jate hi Home Town ke bare me pucha.. Phir Banking related questions.. Bank kya hota hai ? RRBs kyon banaye gaye ? Kya fayda hua inse ? NABARD kya hota hai ? RBI ke functions kya hain ? SEBI kya hai ? Bas yehi pucha tha..
