as far as sbi/associates/rbi is concerned you get a chance to join the officer rank after 3 years of service IF ANF ONLY IF you clear the departmental exams held annually ...
no body chooses a clerk job...just like no body chooses to go to an average engg college...itz what one has the potential for + one's capacity for hard work...
and yes a lot of ppl do have the dream of working at a bank their whole friggin life..! strange ,isn't it....?

I have been one of the experienced too..
And so, it actually feels difficult to accept that there's a good side to it..
But yes, I agree on the fact that we should keep trying for more than one options.. with focus on one at a time.. :)

ye exam un candidates ke liye h jinhone paper 1 pass kiya h
agar aapne bhi pass kiya h to ssc ke regional website se roll no. download kar do.
aur abhi FCI ke koi new vacancies nhi nikle hn.
