@AbhiDeepa p.s. means post script. It is generally used to add any additional information at the end of a letter.

Has anyone filled the UP PSC 2013 ? I paid the SBI challan on 25/03/2013 but it's showing null amount when am trying to fill the detailed application form..Is there any thread where I can discuss UP PSC..Thanks
