i just checked IBPS website again. the following is written there:

Important : You will be eligible (subject to further scrutiny) for further selection processes under this project on or after 27.04.2013 only

Am I the only person here who cleared Technical Officer?? I see most of them are IT officers....I have no idea about the job profile of the technical officer...anybody? please help

First of all Congratulation to you for success in TO written exam. I have qualified for IT officer scale 1. But I know about nature of the job of technical officer. Technical officer work is different from IT officer. Technical officer main work is to visit different kind of industries which have applied for loan.TO have to observe the technical aspect of the factory and prepare technical report that how much viable it is.Then after loan is to be passed.

@thedarkknight66 Congrats for ur clearing the CWE...Vacancies for Technical Officer are announced very very few in number...sometimes even there are NO vacancies for Technical Officer profile...so i would advise you to continue trying for other xms also...dnt be relaxed...
