i had intrw ystrday, im working as clerk in a public sector bank. so they asked for the NOC. but i dont hav it, and when i asked my bank is not ready to give it.. my file wont be forwarded without the NOC.. what to do....? 😟😟😟

had it officer scale 1 interview...asked about me my college...why bank after btech..waste of money...wen i talked about my joining in infosys the started talking among themselves rather than asking me...tell infi better why waste career in bank where i will have no development or contribution...then asked about firewall..and what will i do if the connectivity fails due to digging of roads?...ans get another connectivity...

I attended ibps it officer scale 1 interview today at BAngalore. they asked me why I wanted to join this job after completing b tech and then MBA. Then asked me about my diploma in banking and finance. Then asked me whether I am ready to relocate and where do I see myself after 5 years. What is repo rate and http and https. That's all and interview ended with a thank you smile.

Had a Pretty fun filled day 2day..
So Thought of sharing the experience with u guys..
My Interview was 2day at 8.30 am in United Bank Head Quarters, Kolkata..Appeared for Agricultural Field Officer Scale-I..Reached on tym..I was the first person on the attendance sheet n hence was the first person whose documents was to be verified..The person doing so announced the relevant documents that the candidates need to produce..When i Cross-checked i saw i hadn't taken the print out of my IBPS Application Form..😠 I cudn't believe myself..Saw the tym..It was 8.45 n no Cafe/shop wud had been open then..So went to the Saviour Peon who told me that AGM of Credit Department has arrived n his office is open in xyz floor..Believe it or nt..I took the print out from him..
Finally..I was all ready for the Interview when the person scrutinizing the documents said that I am nt Eligible for the Interview as my trade was Bio-Tech Engg. n there was no such course mentioned there..🎂 I had the tym of my lyf then..However he told to me meet sum persons n soon they cleared his doubts abt the relevance of the subject n told him that I was Eligible..
Soon the Interview started..I went Inside the rum..Greeted them with warm smiles n they returned the favor..There were 5 Panelist..P2 started showering me with questions..He told me to Introduce Myself..Asked abt the relevance of commercialization of Agriculture n Banking role in it..Then abt few BT based products used in Indian Agriculture..Country who is the pioneer in this field n why GM Crops such as Brinjal are nt successful..Advantages n Disadvantages associated with GM based crops n a very ajeeb sa question that i cund't understand..Then P3 started the run..He asked me abt CBS n full form of CORE in it..Abt CTS n its advantages..Asked me to name sum IT firms that offer products n solns to the Indian Banks..He asked me to name the software system that is offered by the Infosys to one of the bank..Role of RBI n to name 1 Non-Scheduled Bank in India..P4 aksed me abt Pumkins seed n I said to him(In my Mind)..Why So Serious! .. Finally P5 asked me abt deposits..Difference between tym deposits n demand deposits..Products offered by the bank..Ya Da Ya Da..P1 never opened his freaking mouth throughout the whole tym..
All n all it was a pretty nice experience n I hope that the post offers sum assistance to my Agri based Friends.. 😃

Panel was very cooperative and non-technical ( atleast for me)
Q1. Tell d meaning of ur name... and when I answrd, dey themselves started explaining it.
Q2. after going thru my documents... U got 77 out of 100 in Organisational Behaviour(OB), tell me abt some Motivational theories... 
wahin watt lag gyi!!! somehow I just managed dat qstn
Q3. something abt BCA and MCA like which college/university, etc.
Q4. TECH - Mail Server, Internet and Intranet, RDBMS
Q5. ETF, RTGS(min/max limits), NEFT
Q6. why rural banks offer zero/less min. balance to run a/c
Q7. Financial InclusionQ8. How to motivate Subordinate( some funny discussion 🍻)
Except OB and Mail Server I answered all others confidently.
All time dey were smiling & cooperating, bt dis was wid all others... so creating sm doubt abt my performance.
