Had my interview at Noida, It was a nice interview lasted for about 20 min. Panel was very nice cooperative and experienced. I was asked about my previous job, family background, present occupation, banking, what u will do as a marketing officer, questions related to city and state.
Panel consisted of 5 members 1 was a lady, main interviewer was retired GM of BOI, 1 was from IBPS, 1 person from Marketing specialization. I was the first one to be interviewed.

2. Why banking? Why not IAS
3. Why not private banks?
4. Who is one of the famous singer from your city.
5. Tell some thing about nirbhaya fund. Meaning of nirbhaya.
6. Who is your role model
7. Promotional Techniques?
8. If u r a leader how 'll u handle ur team
mine whole process was completed in 2hr 15 mins as my interview was in beginning. All the female candidates were interviewed before males.

My interview experience for IT officer scale 1, in IOB chennai,
it was kinda formal interview, asked me my native place, where is it,then where did i do graduation from, where am i working, then what is my job role,what do i do in that, what tools do i use in my job role, then said it could be more efficient, i said sure, but we can use only those tools which are required as per service level agreement and not allowed to use softwares of our choice, then asked whether i would be willing to stay as long as 20 years in banking industry, i said this is the career path i have chosen after much thought, so why not.. then asked whether i am willing to serve anywhere in india, even chennai.. do i like the food here, etc..if i like dosa.. then they said ok, you may go now.. i was about to go when one of the 5 panelists asked who is RBI's governer, i said duvvuri subbarao, he asked again who? i said duvvuri subbarao(maybe i pronounced 'duvvuri' incorrectly), or D. Subbarao.. he said ok.. i said thanks to them and that was it. lasted 9-10 minutes. fingers crossed.

dear frnds i hv dual specialization in HR AND MARKETING so just suggest me wht documents i shld bring with myself to prove hr is my main stream because both marketing and hr both have eaqual importance in my certificate......but i dont have any other certificate to prove it that hr is mine major subject.....according to some frnds they said dual specialization creating problem thats why iam so worried.
