man i am in all sorts of problems..scored less than 60 in graduation(B.com)..my university give marks on the basis of weight of answer sheet....yes my english is good..no doubt about that..but i think i might have solved less questions in english!!

Bro, the worst thing, we can do in our life is, lamenting on the incidents happened in the past, because, now, good or bad, we have to face their consequences, but, we can't change them, we should have thought about them, when we were doing or planning to do that work, which can't be done now.
I was too like this, but I changed myself, it took time, but I overcame it, now, plan your life accordingly, I can assure you, that there are many people who don't have have 60% in graduation but they study in IIMs and are in IAS. You couldn't convert IBPS this time, doesn't mean, you have lesser abilities than the people who converted it or you can't crack it later, just have patience. I can give you an example, I met a person who scored 99.XX &tile; in CAT, 4 times, in 1st 2 years, he got no call, in 3rd year, he got IIM-L but left it, to convert IIM-A next year,he knew what he wanted to do, likewise, we must have an idea of what we want to do. So, don't worry, work hard and enjoy your life.

could you suggest some good books for the preperation??
also i have done 4yrs b.tech in electronics and communication ,, so in the test of professional knowledge what sud i study?? ,, complete b.tech course or some specific topics?? are numerical's also asked?

I have not used any such book yet, but you can go to any book shop and inquire about that, and your second question will also be answered, once you visit a book shop.

I would recommend all bank aspirants to go through 'Text Book of Banking' by M.N. Gopinath as I myself found it very useful. Whether you are coming from a banking or non-banking background, the book will help you get a clear insight into banking concept. other than this visit RBI website and rock in written as well as in interviews!!!
The book helped me get 38 marks in the section in IBPS PO (with poor GK, I hardly went for any current news question asked.) Now the target is interview...

Better you go for separate books as the books which prove to compiled every section, unfortunately do not provide much quality as well as quantity to exercise your brain.
