i am currently working as a clerk in sbi, and i have cleared ibps exam. will appear for po interviews. my manager says that NOC cab be obtained for only one bank and not for each and every bank,some people say continue in sbi which is better than po in any other bank, so frnds what to do then? plz help!!
m olso working with sbi...but officer is always officer may b he is in any bank...n m eager to leave sbi bcoz thr we have to work a lot at a very low wage...so see the bright side nd prepare for interview tht is my suggestion...

Bhaiyo ye bond ka kya scene hai Banks me, ye bataoo if we don't need experience letter then also we have to pay the bond money for leaving the orgaization after 6 months say??
It depends on the HR.Companies issue you a service certificate and a release letter.Not paying the bond means they will withhold both of these.Both are essential.Also you could lose the amount deducted towards your PF.Ideally you should negotiate with the HR to determine what you need to pay.

I didn't understand bro,(total weighted score 134 and total weighted standard score is 160) u do not count marks manually. total marks is what is written is your mark sheet. It last total marks written is 134 then ur not eligible,as 146 min. is required for applying..
guys i am getting with 189 marks but still i didnt qualify just for one marks in d.paper.moreover i scored45 in eng section.it means for IBPS i am good enough to score 45 in eng but cant get 21 in d.paper
