today I came across a guy(OBC) who has 100 marks ... i am still confused about the minimum marks for the cut off ... the picture would have bee more clear if they have added one more column for ranks ..

It depends on which background you hail from. I am currently pursuing MBA in Banking from Symbiosis, so that makes it easier for me to fit in anywhere in Banking field, its only about me to choose my area of desire.

What you can do is look into aspects:
Corporate Banking,
Investment Banking,
Retail Banking,
Treasury
Forex
Wealth Management,
Infrastructure Finance
Financial Inclusion
Customer services
And other related sectors and choose the one that seem to impress you the most.

Everyone is soooo confused about what will happen next. IBPS should clarify about no. of vacancies and time duration it will take to complete the over all process.
