Guys, after so much disparity in the level of Exam of different shifts, IBPS should give Cut-Off shift wise and take equal no. Of candidates from each shift? What you say?

bas karo yar shift shift meri khud ki 13oct 4th shift thi, normalisation aise hogi lets say uno ne 90 percentile vala pass karna hai to har ek ki individual shift me agar uske 90 percentile honge to vo pass hoga if meri shift vale ke 50 la ke bhi uske apne shift me 90 percentile ban rahe hai to vo pass hoga or agar doosri shift me 75 la ke bhi 90 percentile nahi bane to ye 75 vala out hoga. to apka competition aapki apne shift valo se hi hai.
