Guys now everyone of us know the Cause of rising NPAs and Loan defaulters in our country.😡😡😡 And that cause is these Non-deserving , unworthy and "Easy" candidates getting selected for the Post of Probationary officer due to the fraudulent selection process, where one shift is easy as shit and others as if we're giving UPSC.
While meritorious cadidates like me becomes the victim of such corrupt system. How many of you can feel it now?😑😑😑😑😑

RBI GRADE B mein mera easy shift tha...i got 103.75 but through RTI i asked my response sheet and after counting my marks were 107.75(cutoff 105.75) so marks kam hote hai normalisation mein....

80+ 75+ ko jitna bhi normalize kar le ibps..unko nuksaan nahin hoga if their accuracy is good. Toh waise hua to galat hai but ab koi kar bhi kya sakta

I am telling you this personal experience from the exam.Ek dost ne 60 attempt kiye the sbi po me usne 71 attempt kiya h ibps po pre me(14th 3rd shift). Ek dost ne 55 attempt kiya tha sbi po pre me, usne 55 kiya ibps po pre me(14th 2nd shift). Maine 62 kiye the sbi po pre me aur mere ibps po pre me 60 kiya hota agar sab sahi gya hota to(13th 2nd shift). Mai aur mere doston ko 1 saal se upar ho gaye bank po ke exams me baithe to improvement kisi aadmi me marginal hi hua hoga u can assume. Aur Baaki logo ke reviews dekhe yahi lg rha ki kisi shift ke +6/7 honge to kisi shift ke -6/7. Rest cutoff kitni jaati hai wo depend karega 1:10/1:20 pe bohot jyaada. All the best aur ye group me hutiyapa kam hota jaayega jaise jaise mains aur int. aaega as jyaada bakloli karne waale Baahar hote jaayenge including me i guess. xD
