current chairman of UIDAI kon hai yaar?

Some puys asked me to share my interview experience from last year so I am sharing here

Let me start

Interview Date: 07 Jan 2014

Venue: Agra,UP

Time: 1:30 PM

I reached the venue 1 hour before the scheduled time to avoid any problem. The entry started around 12:30 PM. I wore a formal shirt, formal pant and a blazer but no tie because the tie was not mathcing my attire...(but I think I should have wore one because most of the interviewees were dressed in suit and tie) but many were in Jeans,Shirt and simple sweater too. When I entered the place there I saw printouts on the walls on which instructions on how to arrange the docs were provided. We all were then asked to wait in one hall before doc verification. In the hall there was another list in which roll no. wise we were segregated in various panels. I was in panel 4.

this is d question from my past interview..                               WHICH TYPE OF A/C is most profitable for banks?               if anybody can explain ?

"Grass is always greener on the other Side"

Guys please don't get frustrated from your current condition, keep on working without comparing with other things.

Frustration can motivate you sometimes, But My idea is to "Be motivated without getting frustrated".

Bank jobs may not give you the pleasure of state government jobs. But it gives you social respect.

IT jobs may not give you social respect, but they may give you great exposure (compare a 50 year old corporate employee with same aged Bank Manager living in your neighborhood: there is a big difference in thinking and personality). Compare an L&T engineer with PWD Engineer. Huge difference.

What you want to be after 20 years may help you to choose your career today.

Those who are jobless, they are desperate to become PO/Clerk/Asst. Those who are in job see the negative points about it.

The only suggestion is Do Not take any decision in desperation.

IBPS Interview Preparation (Tips: especially if its your first interview)

What Interviewers Look for

Think that you are in interview panel, what kind of candidate you will look for

1. Personality: The candidate should be smart and presentable. You are going to represent your bank in the public eyes.

(I) Well dress up

(II) Presentable

(III) Talk smartly: Loud and clear (but don't shout). They should be able to understand what you are saying.

(IV) Good Listener: You should listen and understand the person in front. You should be able to make him understand what you are replying. So listen carefully. (don't think or anticipate or jump in between the question) then reply cautiously.

(V) Handle the situation with presence of mind.

2. Knowledge: Banking, GK, Your own subject of graduation and Well verse with today's technology. "Only good personality without knowledge gives a negative impression."

3. Don't loose your Calm don't get provoked. Sometime they try to irritate you with same type of questions.

(Experience: I was working as a Sr. Manager in a private company and went for interview in Public sector for Dy. Manager post,

the HR guy with all his sarcasm asked: "He he he (literally he was laughing like this) So you are Sr. Manager and you came for Dy. Manager post.

I expected this question so I was prepared.

I replied (with all my calm) : "I think there is a difference in hierarchy of both the companies"

HR Guy: He he he But...

The Panel head intervened and said : "I think he has made his point clear". (And I was out of danger and interview moved on)

4. Take it easy: Don't get tense during the interview. Generally with in 2-3 minutes you will be comfortable. So just manage those initial 2-3 minutes.

You just take it as a meeting with other employees. But don't let it look like carelessness.

Thanks
