I have work ex certificate but it dont show things like nature of work handled, salary drawn and stuff like that......Is it that much important ...then only I ask ma HR dept. !!!!
Do we have to take our original certificates to the panel also?
MY INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE:
Name: Jagmohan.
VENUE: PNB Circle Office, Bahu Plaza Jammu.
Qualification: B.A honors in English. Fresher.
I reached the venue about 8 o'clock. Verification started about 9 o'clock as staff was late.
When Panel came about quarter to 10, They played the prayer on the music system-
Itni shakti hame dena data man ka vishwas kamjor ho na......
all people of the office stood and we also stood for the prayer.
I was filled with positive energy and interview started.
My turn was 15th and gave interview about quarter to 1.
Panel: There were five members. 4 senior male and 1 senior lady.
Entered room, Wished them.
M1: So you are Jagmohan.
Me: yes, sir.
M2: What's your father?
Me: Explained.
M2: What is CSR?
Me: Explained.
M2: Asked me, which scheme is launched by modi to promote CSR?
Me: Said, Make in India in excitement but wrong and he didn't tell me.
M2: You have done honors in Eng, tell me ur fav. writer and his work and why do u like him?
Me: Shakespare and explained some of his plays and gave reason for being my fav.
M3: Tell me about NPA?
Me: Explained.
M3: What is Balance sheet and started to grill but I gave up.
M4: I have Rs 100 total in bank, can I lend whole money?
Me: No, after keeping CRR, SLR and 40% for priority sector, I can lend. M4 Looked satisfied.
M5(Lady): What is National Anthem?
Me: Explained. Jan Gan Man.....
M5: Who wrote it?
Me: Rabindra Nath Tagore.
M5: Which missionary had got noble prize?
Me: Mother Teresa.
M4: Two Historical places of Jammu.
Me: Explained.
M4: How Jammu is named Jammu?
Me: Explained.
M1: Thank you. You can go now.
Me: Thank you very much.

hello friends. I have one doubt. My friend had filled ECGC as her 1st choice in ibps
po form. Actually she picked ECGC because the public dealing is very
less, and chances of getting posted in metro cities are more. (but this answer cannot be given in the interview)
Now if
the interviewers will ask her that why did you not put a bank as your
1st choice, then what should be the correct answer that should be given
in the interview? (answer should be satisfactory from the interviewers'
point of view). plzzz reply!!

Panel members are very friendly
1 panel member remained silent in my entire interview.
I heard that PANEL 1 members are firing questions on Recent activities.
Questions asked:
1) Tell me about your parents.
2) About Chief ministers Skill Development program.
I actually don't know about that program but told the answer according to the Key words (Skill development) present in the question.
3) About work experience (Experience in Industrial Instruments marketing field).
4) As you attained skill on instruments and now why are you shifting to banking job?
5) What is banking?
6) How your attained knowledge or skills will be useful in banks?
Clients handling, Interaction with many people is the main skills in a marketing job. these play vital role in banking.
7) Different types of banks?
8) Which bank is central bank of india?
9) When it is established
10) What you did after resigning job? (resigned job in 2012)
I missed many competitive exams during my job. So I decided to quit and keep complete focus on these exams. So I prepared all the time for these competitive exmas.
11) Did you clear any exams previously?
12) What is your score in IBPS PO 4?
Its not revealed this time sir.
13) How much are you expecting this time?
In the range of 90 to 100
14) You said you scored 136 in IBPS PO 1. But why are you expecting very less score now compared to IBPS PO 1. You should aim for better than that.
Year by year, competition is increasing and paper toughness is also increasing. IBPS PO Paper is bit easy compared to IBPS PO 4 paper.
15) Did you take any coaching from institutes?
No, Sir. I want to crack it with my own knowledge. That's why I didn't even opt for Pre-Examination Training.
16) What is Instrumentation?
17) Difference between ECE and Electronics and Instruments.
18) What are the particles in electric current (Electrons and holes)
19) Mechanism of semi conductor.
Interview had gone around 10 to 15 min. It's nice conversation with them. Hoping for the good news.
