every bank gives allowance to its employee and get salary as per every other /i mean private sector people get the same in hand salary and allowance please give some clue cuz m even selected in nainital bank ltd interview on 9 so please tell me something regarding this so that i could perform well in interview!!!

tell me one thing guys if a guy answer wrong not by guess but he/she think that he/she is right with {confidence} in interview !!!but answer all other questions !! what will panel decide???and a psychologist is also present !!!he will catch that ...the guy is not lying but trying to answer !!!in interview only our sub conscious mind work and we give sudden reactions to question without knowing whether we are correct or wrong !!!

Guys i have got 95 in Gen category. Was good interview. Can anyone predict my chances. Also would they consider my Finance MBA and 1.5 years experience in bank during marks evaluaton for interview, as they mostly talked abt my exp. in private sector bank during interview.

I don't know why people are disappointed. General category with 90+ scores need around 70-75 in interview to be allotted as we all have discussed that final cutoff could be around 51 for general category. It's funny to see even those with 95 and above scores getting disappointed. Cheer up!! All 90+ with goo interviews you are IN.
102 OBC, interview was bad... what are my chances? hopefully they would not have failed me in the interview, after every wrong guess i corrected myself.

Here is some statistics from last year: Shortlisted for interview: 64000 (written cut-off-61) but they had to select only 22000 so they have to reject 42000 students that means difference between cut off of written for the interview & written marks for final selection will be high. But this year they already shortlisted 48000 & i presume(Got info from various sources) vacancies are also 22000 so it means this year they have to reject only 26000 students means difference between cut off of written for the interview & written marks for final selection will not be so high as it was last year. It means that if you have 90+ marks in written and good interview most likely you will get through....& finally do not lose hope just wait till April you never know.
