What will u do if u become PM of India.
This type of question directly shows that the interviewers want you to speak for 2-3 minutes continuously. what you are speaking should be clear, with some content, and you should be able to convey your message. Frame a good answer but the more important thing is how you speak. if you say only 1 or 2 sentences then they will ask you second question...third question and it may all become a mess

As a PM of India, I need to focus on the various problems of our country. I think that Unemployment is the root cause of many other problems like "Poverty, Increasing criminal cases, Terrorism and Naxalism, Unrest in law and order and social downfall. And it is also true that Agriculture alone can not generate enough employment, So I will try to work on Industrial growth. We are the youngest population in the world and If we can give a positive direction to our youth, we can certainly achieve a new height".
To fight with corruption I would focus on e-governance.
To fight with child labor, I will try to make strict rules and social awareness.

I cleared ibps po written but i now only i got obc certificate is this creates any problem in interview
i cleared ibps po, but due to obc ncl certi i m having problem .
because i m having certi dated july 2010 and i hv prescribed format ob ncl certi acc to ibps norms dated 17 dec 2014.
what should i do..??
