@harvydent i dont have any job-exp ,but i have heard that these days evry bank(or job for that matter) has target based approach.some say the salary structure of IDBI is higher,this has got me thinking...

“In this connection it is well to remember that the reservations under Article 16(4) do not operate like a communal reservation. It may well happen that some members belonging to, say, Scheduled Castes get selected in the open competition field on the basis of their own merit; they will not be counted against the quota reserved for Scheduled Castes; they will be treated as open competition candidates”.

but yeh yeh kahan kehta hai ki Pehle Unreserved seats hi bhari jayengi Quota candidates ki bhi??????

@daddykool accha tell me one thing please reserved category people have mentioned there category na in form ? in the form so they will be first alloted in their category only
and looping will be happening na in there category to try to fill the form
+ unka interview also happend before us na?

query:-Don't go by 22k post.......take it as number of vacancy per bank........normally ek bank mein kitne reseved cat ke student gernal ki seats lete hai if bank has 1000 posts

Reserved or unreserved .. Who cares ?? We all have our set of banks to apply for .. Go for it .. And, leave it to IBPS who has to do the job .. I paid examination fee not to do the work of IBPS that to calculate who selects what or who gets what ..
@aluvom m still nt clear ecatlly...bt c.....benefit of good markks of resrv candidt would help him only in his cat nt much in overall if he gets less marks overall...it would b competet only n only when his marks is more than other gen ppl...

@niteshkr yes in enngg i rember when counselling hua tha then first few dates were reserved for them and then gen candidates started but few resrved cat students welre also there in our gen category
