@daddykool accha tell me one thing please reserved category people have mentioned there category na in form ? in the form so they will be first alloted in their category onlyand looping will be happening na in there category to try to fill the form+ unka interview also happend before us na?
See its work like this if a candidate have not opted fro age relaxation and have cleared the open cat cut off then he will first consider for the UR cat seats(when we say Open cat seats it convey a wrong messg,actually its UNRESERVED Seats ) if his merit is high enough he will be allotted that seat other wise from his cat holds true for all reserved cat students ,so a high scoring cat student will get a UR seat if they are not available then he will get Reserved seats

has anybody applied to coal mines pf org ? last date is 12 feb

@AngryBird2 why are you worried so much..lets say if yes it is..then..what?i ask you whether anyone of us can change the decision or their procedure of ranking..so why even be bothered..instead gather all your positive energies towards the pref order..and you have got some time to relax..so better make good use of it..
@aluvom see i am from gen cat resrved people interview happend in kol ubi tower on 14th and 15th before us so i am just asking the process accoridng to few people in this forum
genral people dnt have any chances
so just wanted to clear what is the process
like in our engg counselling first few dates were given to reserved category then gen category
@daddykool Nahi yaar pahle 1 single merit list prepare hoti h jo reserved category candidates usme nikal jate h wo general se jate h phir baad wale se category resrvation ...isiliye vertical or horizontal reservations hote h...

I would just say that if this is the rule what they are all talking about then there is no chance for any General Candidate having less than 155.

Nahi baba ek he offer mile gi bus un k marks decide kar gay ki kaun say seat unko mil nay wali hai per ek imp baat hai agar age relaxation liya hai toh unko UR seat nahi mile gi but banking may age 30 hoti hai general k liya toh is may is condition k kuch zayda farak nahi pade ga in some other exam where age limit is less toh farak pad ta hai

Example bole to if u get 180 marks then u'll be getting ur seat in general u'll not be considered reserved...even if u r sc or obc but if u dun qualify in general merit list den u'll be considered reseved and den will be allotted as per merit and category...

@bada.bhai i was givng suggestion to u sir.....hahaa....

The Court said: €œIn the case on hand, admittedly, 31 OBC and 1 SC candidate have got selected on their own merit and they have not availed any relaxed standards, so as to bring them within the folder of 'reserved category'. Except for the fact that they hail from SC and OBC categories, they cannot be branded as 'reserved category' since their selection was on their own merit. If they are to be treated as 'reserved category' for any purpose, much less as mandated by the impugned Rule 16(2), it will put a stumbling block to the other 'reserved category', since their selection is definitely affected.

€œ To explain, even though these 31 OBC and 1 SC candidate were selected on their own merit, instead of accommodating them within the 210 unreserved candidates, if they are accommodated in the 117 OBC and 66 SC candidates, definitely, the same number of candidates who could get selection under the relaxed standards, are being denied the postings, as in the case on hand. It is to be held that there cannot be any dispute with the proposition that if a candidate is entitled to be selected on the basis of his own merit, then, such selection should not be counted against the quota reserved for Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or any other reserved category since that will be against the constitutional mandate enshrined in Article 16(4) of the Constitution.
