1 interviews was not just formality.(because i m from lower side hahaha)
2.i have checked 100's of candidates who r already recruited with SSC, IBPSPO1,IBPSSO etc.
3.15 to 20 % are absentees.
4.This is written in notification"Candidates successful in both CWE and interview are advised to log on to IBPS website at www.ibps.in",they will fail some of the candidates but in worst case because thay knows ki dropout seats k case mai unhe fir se merit list na banani pade.
5. every one with 150 written + decent interview have fair chances.

bhaiyo i m from reserved cat n i know very well (200% sure)that how merit list is prepares.
they will prepare 11500 candidates UR merit list which contains GENERAL,OBC,SC,ST candidates according to their marks. then after reserved list prepared.
ny 1 who hv doubt can confirm by last year CBI selected list candidates.
