pata to karo salary perks. kitne bank kya dete hain. probation me rent, petrol milta h kya. faaltu ke reservation ki bakwass me lage hue hai sab..

@ all....friends...interview wont be a mere formality...for just sake of formality IBPS wont interview 61000 people...there will be a minimum cutoff like in previous cutoffs in interviews of banks(say 40% for general,35% for reserved) ..after that they will combine the written test marks + interview marks..i had seen many here writing that interview was just a formality ,like it took only 10 mins and didnt asked anything from banking side..for me also the situation was same.they asked just current affairs and some thing from film side(like who is jithendra nd dharmendra)...they all know that we will be well prepared with banking terminologies
in interview in my personal view they will check
a:)ur confidence
b:)how u answers(whether right or wrong)
c:)ur attitude
d:)ur body language
no matter if u dint answer few..(i have answered only 5 out 12 questions).we are human beings.we cant answer each and everything coz they can ask anything to us..its a personal interview..they have checked our knowledge through our written test..
if they are giving minimum marks to all,then in that case there will be a overall cutoff..those who clearing that overall cutoff(written+PI) will be only there in the selected list
