Clarity on the IBPS Common Interview Process.
Total Marks of written exam 250. Interview 100. But it will be converted into 80:20.
Please find the following example to get more clarity on that €Ś It clearly shows that high scorer into written exam will have advantage but there would be a minimum marks in interview, else he/she will be disqualified..!!
