it depends on certain conditions.
for ex- an OBC candidate= UR rank 300. OBC rank=1
so, he will not get PNB as per UR cat. but he can easily get it if OBC cat. is applied.
hence it will fall in OBC quota and there will be one more seat for UR cat.
dats'y in some banks cut offs of OBC becomes higher than that of UR cat. so Cheers !!!

according to my analysis--final cutoff for general will be 61+ if 80:20 ratio is followed....otherwise it will be 215+ if 250+100=350 is followed....

they will harldy occupy GEN cat. seats ...
BTW whatever be the nos. of VI HI OC ...150+ almost sure.. 135+ all in the race..(my view)
@harvydent n u know well this tym their are more than 1000 vacancies reserved for VI HI OC so it will be 500 for general thtswy i subtracted it from 11058-500= 10058.....moreover high scorers of reserve category will occupy general seats expected 500......then total seats remaining for general would be only 10000......

and what about absentees.... min. 4000 candidates were absent having 150+..
10,000 having 135+...

11058-500=10558... correct it plz..
@harvydent frnd if its true not a rumour that 4000 candidates were absent above 150 then 2000 students could be from general quota so after subtracting those 2000 from 13000 ranking of gen we get 11000 so their are chances of selection for 150+ but even then 1000 will be out as vacancies for gen is only 10000......
