Probably they have not seen the Private Job in their life time and thought Bank Po job is like a Sarkari Babu kinda job that's why. We gotta be strong mate. Nothing comes in a platter. People placed in Lehman Brothers and others with packages worth of crores were fired after the Global slowdown. At least our own public banks provide us with job security and a good growth opportunity. :)
@Sidgopi . . Bhai i agree with u but wat i meant to ask is. . Agar gud management nahi hai toh kitna hard work kara toh bhi appreciation nahi milega. . Wisa bhi muje job chahiye kitna worst situations mein bhi kam karne ke liye tayar hun. .

In first list you can get any smaller bank, now don't ask which one, just find the smaller ones. But if you are in wait list and damn lucky, you can get any of the 20 banks.

i think guys still the workers union is negotiating with IBA, settlement is yet not finalized, its a big news if it would have been finalized then the revised pay scales would have been known to everyone by now, Your views guys........although i have charter list of demands prepared by the union leaders if u want i can publish here
