i think guys still the workers union is negotiating with IBA, settlement is yet not finalized, its a big news if it would have been finalized then the revised pay scales would have been known to everyone by now, Your views guys........although i have charter list of demands prepared by the union leaders if u want i can publish here
yes it's in the process but it will be in effect from Nov. 2012 , whatever be the rise in salary. I also have the charter and read it, you can post it here though if you want to, but how many of the demands will be accepted , nobody knows, so better not to show us those dreams :D
@sharmaa_ravi salary revisions has been accepted, workers union is negotiating with IBA over other issues. 10th BPS has come in effect from 1st nov 2012 only...revised salary along-with arrears to be granted by April '14.

@daddykool its under process.yes settlement has not yet finalized.it not only adheres pay scale but also --1. 5 working days2. reducing the diff scale to only two scale if it happens(then scale 1 to 4 will be merged in one scale)3. allowances increment4. the DA increment from 85-87 to 125%5. leave policy6. paternity leave7. and so on....
I know that, have read it. But most of the things won't be accepted that's also a bitter truth.
