puys my score in written is 155 sc cateogory..nd my interview ws also pretty gud..my dilemma is whether to go for Bank of Baroda or IDBI bank as my 1st preference...can sumbdy plz provide me wid detailed info on career prospects in bth dese banks..

if u r capable of achieving targets ... willing to take little bit work load .. go for IDBI..
otherwise , pressure would be little less in BOB ..
well , idbi 's pay is more than that of BOB.. rest depends on u .....
I think 42k looks unrealistic a bit....
it can be around 30k max in hand, dont know about the leased accomodation though, i guess that varies bank to bank

I have a confession to make...
While collecting data on banks I had ECGC in my mind as I knew its one of the best organisation to work with... And as I was knowing that most of the people either dont know or they are negatively biased towards ECGC so I had more chances of getting through to it (cut throat competition)... But then My other part of heart shouted "let the most deserving one win" Hereby, attaching detailed description on ECGC.
My friend who is Manager there helped me with prompty... He might not read this but for sure I would like to applaud him for his work (considering I contacted him today morning itself)...
