puys my score in written is 155 sc cateogory..nd my interview ws also pretty gud..my dilemma is whether to go for Bank of Baroda or IDBI bank as my 1st preference...can sumbdy plz provide me wid detailed info on career prospects in bth dese banks..
i am in the same dilemma.BOB is the 2nd largest PSB(excluding SBI),but from what i have heard till now,IDBI pays more than any public sector banks,but has kind of private work culture,claiming they are new age public sector bank.
I have a confession to make...While collecting data on banks I had ECGC in my mind as I knew its one of the best organisation to work with... And as I was knowing that most of the people either dont know or they are negatively biased towards ECGC so I had more chances of getting through to it (cut throat competition)... But then My other part of heart shouted "let the most deserving one win" Hereby, attaching detailed description on ECGC.My friend who is Manager there helped me with prompty... He might not read this but for sure I would like to applaud him for his work (considering I contacted him today morning itself)...

@amittyro i think there is no implication from IBPS that they are going to monitor the bond amounts of dffrnt banks... so definitely it is upto the banks regarding the bond.. what do u say?
Do we have to pay the bond amount at the time of joining or do we have to pay while quitting during the probation period?
